Clients come to me frequently for help in buying and selling their businesses, merging with other business, obtaining finances for operations they want to improve, and major pieces of equipment or leaseholds they want to obtain.  I also deal with major participants in their businesses with whom they want to define their relationships, either as shareholders, partners or key employees.
